Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Amy, the founder of Soulpreneur HQ and creator of the Soulpreneur HQ Starseed Framework.

For years, I struggled to understand why I resonated with so many different Starseed lineages.

I thought I was Lyran.

Then I connected with Lightworker teachings.

Later, I resonated strongly with Arcturian energy.

The more I explored, the more confused I became.

Eventually, I realised I had been asking the wrong question.

Instead of asking: “Which Starseed am I?”

I began asking: “What has always been true about me?”

That question changed everything.

It helped me recognise the lifelong thread that led me to my Main Lineage, while also understanding the Supporting Lineages that had influenced different parts of my journey.

I created The Starseed Sanctuary because I know how lonely and confusing this journey can sometimes feel.

I wanted to create the kind of place I would have needed when I first began searching for answers.

A place where you can ask questions, meet like-minded souls and explore without being pressured to fit into another box.

The Sanctuary Is Free to Join

There is no membership fee.

There are no live sessions you have to attend.

There is no pressure to post every day or keep up with everything.

You can introduce yourself, ask questions and join conversations when it feels right.

You can also simply take your time, read through discussions and explore the resources quietly until you feel ready.

The Sanctuary is hosted inside Discord, which allows us to keep different conversations organised and easy to revisit.

To help protect the space and keep it welcoming, members are asked to follow a few simple principles:

Lead with kindness. Treat other members with compassion and respect.

Share your experience, not absolute truth. Your journey may be different from someone else’s, and both experiences can still be valid.

Stay curious. You do not need to have every answer.

No self-promotion. The Sanctuary is a space for connection and support, not unsolicited advertising.

Respect personal boundaries. This is a spiritual community, not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal or professional support.

Do I need to know my Starseed lineage before joining?

No. You do not need to know your Main Lineage, Supporting Lineages or even your Starseed Frequency. The Sanctuary is designed to support you wherever you are beginning.

Do I need to take the Free Starseed Blueprint Quiz first?

No, although it is a helpful starting point. The quiz introduces you to the Five Starseed Frequencies and may help you begin recognising which broader energy feels most familiar. Inside the Sanctuary, I provide a direct link to the quiz if you feel aligned to do it.

Is this a coaching group?

No. The Starseed Sanctuary is a free community for conversation, connection and general guidance. It does not include personalised readings, individual coaching or private advice.

Will there be live classes or calls?

There are no required live classes or calls. The Sanctuary is primarily a written community where you can ask questions and join discussions in your own time.
