I'm a Spiritual Business Coach, the creator of Soulpreneur HQ, and mam to two boys, Theo and Lucas.

For as long as I can remember, there has been a quiet part of me that felt like there had to be more to life than what I could see. More meaning. More purpose. More beneath the surface of things.

For a long time, I couldn’t explain that feeling. I just knew it was there. A quiet knowing beneath everything. A sense that I didn’t quite fit into the world in the way other people seemed to. I was sensitive, deep-feeling, always questioning, always looking for something I couldn’t quite name. From the outside, my life looked normal enough. I went straight from school into work, moving through minimum wage jobs in retail, cleaning hotel rooms, and call centres. I did what I thought I was supposed to do because I didn’t know there was another way.

Looking back now, I don’t see that version of me as failing. I see her surviving. She was doing the best she could with what she knew at the time. But underneath the routines, the jobs, the exhaustion, and the trying to be okay, there was always a part of me that knew I wasn’t here just to get through life. I didn’t have the words for purpose then. I didn’t understand intuition. I didn’t grow up in a spiritual household, and I definitely didn’t wake up one day knowing exactly who I was or what I was here to create.

For years, I ignored my inner voice. Not because I couldn’t feel it, but because I didn’t know what to do with it. There was no roadmap. No example. No guidance showing me how to take that quiet knowing and turn it into real life. So I tried to blend in. I tried to become the version of myself I thought I should be. I looked outside myself for answers and kept searching for something that would finally make everything make sense.

My awakening didn’t happen overnight. It came through life itself - through love, heartbreak, motherhood, exhaustion, and moments where life asked me, gently and sometimes not so gently, to pay attention.

Becoming a mam changed me more than anything else. My boys, Theo and Lucas, brought me back to a level of presence and love I didn’t even realise I had been disconnected from. 

Motherhood became one of the biggest initiations of my life. It softened me, broke me open, exhausted me, and made me question everything. It made me realise I didn’t just want to survive my life. I wanted to be present for it. I wanted to create something meaningful. I wanted to show my children what it looks like to listen to the quiet voice inside you instead of spending your whole life ignoring it.

That journey eventually led me into spirituality, self-development, manifestation, purpose work, human design, numerology, starseeds, soul-led business, and everything that now forms the heart of Soulpreneur HQ. But I want to be really honest here - I’m not what most people picture when they think of someone “spiritual.” I don’t look it, sound it, or live my life in a way that fits that image. I’m very human. I swear. I overthink. I make mistakes. I get overwhelmed. I don’t have it all figured out, and I don’t pretend to.

I believe we are spiritual beings, but I experience that in a grounded, very human way. For me, spirituality isn’t about floating above real life. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, healing what you’re ready to face, listening to your inner knowing, and creating a life that actually feels like yours.

Soulpreneur HQ was born from that journey.

At first, I thought my work was simply about helping people build spiritual businesses. And that is still a huge part of what I do. My purpose and absolute passion is helping souls turn their purpose into something meaningful - eventually, for many, into a business that feels right for them and actually works in their real life. But over time, I realised something important. Before most people can build the business, launch the offer, become visible, or share their work, they first need to understand who they are.

They need to understand why they feel different. Why they are sensitive. Why they have always carried that quiet knowing that they are here for more. Why the normal path never quite felt enough. Why they feel called toward something meaningful but don’t know how to name it yet.

That is why Soulpreneur HQ begins with awakening.

Not because everyone needs another label, another identity, or another thing to figure out. But because so many people are walking around feeling lost, disconnected, or “too much” when really, they are at the beginning of remembering themselves.

I created Awaken, Starseed The Handbook for that reason.

I wrote it for the version of me who felt different but didn’t know why. The version of me who felt sensitive and confused, who sensed she was here for something meaningful but had no idea what that meant yet. The version of me who felt out of place in the world without understanding why. 

And I wrote it for the souls who feel that too.

Because I know what it feels like to be at the beginning. To feel like everyone else has received the instructions for life and you somehow missed them. To know there is more but have no idea how to reach it. To feel deeply, question everything, and wonder whether you are broken, behind, or just not made for the world the way it is.

You are not broken.

You are not behind.

And you are not too much.

You are simply being invited to understand yourself more deeply.

My work now centres around a simple journey: awaken, discover, create. First, you awaken to who you are. You begin understanding your sensitivity, your patterns, your starseed journey, your awakening, and the deeper truths that have been trying to reach you. Then, you discover your purpose. You begin exploring why you are here, what matters to you, what your soul came to experience, and what kind of impact you feel called to make. And eventually, if that is where your path leads, you create something meaningful from it - a soul-led business, body of work, offer, message, or way of serving others that allows your purpose to become real in your life.

But none of this is about rushing.

I don’t believe in forcing people into clarity before they are ready. I don’t believe in making spirituality performative. I don’t believe you need to have a polished brand, a perfect morning routine, or a five-step plan for your purpose before you are worthy of being here.

I believe in honest growth. I believe in grounded spirituality. I believe in moving at the pace your life and nervous system can actually hold. I believe in learning to trust yourself without needing someone else to tell you who you are. And I believe your purpose isn’t something you need to invent from scratch - it is something you uncover, piece by piece, as you come home to yourself.

That is what I hope you feel here.

Not pressure.

Not perfection.

Not another person telling you who you should be.

Just a space to explore, remember, and begin trusting what you already know deep down.
