🌙 About Amy

Hi Beautiful Soul, I'm Amy

I'm a Spiritual Business Coach, the creator of Soulpreneur HQ, and mam to two beautiful boys, Theo and Lucas.

But before I was any of those things, I was simply a girl who felt like there had to be more.

More to life. More to me. More than simply waking up, going to work, paying bills, surviving the week, and doing it all over again.

For as long as I can remember, there has been a quiet part of me that carried that feeling. A quiet knowing. A deep ache. A sense that my life was supposed to mean something, even though I had absolutely no idea what that something was.

At the time, I didn't have the language for purpose. I didn't know what intuition was. I didn't know what spirituality was. I certainly wasn't talking about Starseeds, Human Design, soul missions, or building businesses. I just knew there was something inside me that kept whispering:

"There has to be more than this."

The truth is, I didn't grow up believing I would do anything extraordinary with my life.

I grew up on a council estate, and my mam brought us up on her own. Money was often tight and, like so many single parents, she did the best she could with what she had. Looking back now, I have so much respect for her because raising children while carrying the weight of life on your shoulders isn't easy.

But we weren't talking about purpose. We weren't talking about spirituality. We weren't talking about entrepreneurship or following dreams. The focus was on getting by, making ends meet, and navigating life one day at a time. Because that was the world I grew up in, I never really believed there was another option.

I wasn't the confident girl. I wasn't the girl who believed she could do anything she wanted. I struggled with self-belief, confidence, and school. I spent years feeling like everyone else had received the instructions for life and somehow I'd missed them.

I looked around and saw people who seemed smarter than me, more confident than me, and more capable than me. People who seemed to know what they wanted from life. And I honestly believed meaningful lives belonged to people like them.

Not people like me.

Not the girl from the council estate.

Not the girl who doubted herself.

Not the girl who never felt good enough.

And yet, underneath all of that, there was always something else. A quiet ache. A quiet knowing. Not to be famous. Not to be important. But to make a difference. To contribute something meaningful. To leave the world a little better than I found it.

The problem was, I had absolutely no idea how.

So I did what so many people do. I distracted myself.

Between the ages of about fifteen and twenty, I became the party girl. And honestly? I loved it.

I loved the freedom, the dancing, the laughter, and the nights out with friends. I loved the feeling that, for a few hours, I didn't have to think about the future. I didn't have to think about the jobs I hated or the feeling that there had to be more. I could simply escape into the moment.

Looking back now, I can see I wasn't really running towards something. I was running away from the questions I didn't know how to answer.

For me, it was never really about alcohol. I wasn't addicted to alcohol. I was addicted to the freedom, the fun, the belonging, the stories, and the feeling of not having to think. Because when you're dancing with your friends at two in the morning, it's much easier to ignore the questions your soul is asking.

But the thing about the voice is that it never truly goes away.

You can distract yourself from it. Run from it. Drown it out. But eventually it catches up with you.

And mine always did.

Usually when I was sober. When the weekend was over. When I was getting ready for another shift. When I was standing in a job I hated wondering if this was all life was ever going to be.

That's when it would show up again.

That same quiet feeling.

That same question.

That same knowing that there had to be more.

Then, just before I turned twenty-one, I met Adam, and everything began to change.

Before Adam, I never wanted to settle down. I didn't want a serious relationship. I didn't want children. I was fiercely independent and perfectly happy doing my own thing. Or at least that's what I told myself.

But Adam opened me up to a completely different way of seeing the world.

In many ways, he was the person who first introduced me to spirituality. Not through preaching or telling me what to believe, but through conversations, questions, ideas, and possibilities. He planted seeds that would take years to fully grow.

And then came Theo. And later Lucas.

While Adam opened the door, my boys were the ones who finally made me walk through it.

Motherhood became one of the greatest initiations of my life. It softened me, stretched me, exhausted me, and broke me open. For the first time in my life, I stopped running from the questions I'd spent years avoiding.

Why am I here?

What kind of life am I creating?

What example do I want to set?

What if that quiet voice has been trying to guide me all along?

And so I began searching.

Not because I suddenly knew what I was looking for. I didn't. I just knew I couldn't keep pretending the questions weren't there. For the first time in my life, I became willing to explore them.

I started reading, listening, learning, questioning, and following threads of curiosity. One book led to another. One podcast led to another. One idea led to another. Little by little, my world began expanding.

I discovered personal development, manifestation, spirituality, and the possibility that there might be more to life than I'd been taught to believe. Not because someone told me there was, but because I could feel it.

And the more I explored, the more things started making sense. Not all at once, and not in one dramatic moment, but piece by piece. It felt like finding fragments of a puzzle I'd been carrying my entire life.

I discovered numerology. I discovered Human Design. I discovered Starseeds. I discovered teachings that helped me understand why I'd always felt different, why I'd always been so sensitive, why I'd questioned everything, and why I'd carried that feeling that there had to be more.

For the first time in my life, I stopped feeling broken.

That was one of the biggest shifts of all.

Up until then, I'd genuinely believed there was something wrong with me. Why was I so sensitive? Why did I think so deeply? Why did I care so much? Why couldn't I just be happy doing what everyone else seemed happy doing? Why did I always feel like I was searching for something?

Slowly, I began realising that maybe I wasn't broken at all. Maybe I was simply trying to understand myself.

And the more I understood myself, the more I realised I wasn't alone.

There were thousands of people asking the same questions. Thousands of people feeling the same things. Thousands of people carrying that same quiet knowing that there had to be more. People who felt different. People who felt disconnected. People who knew they were here for something meaningful but didn't know what that something was. People who weren't looking for someone to tell them who they were. They were looking for permission to trust themselves.

That realisation changed everything.

For years I'd been looking for answers outside myself, and what I slowly began discovering was that the answers had been inside me all along. Not hidden. Not missing. Just buried underneath years of conditioning, self-doubt, and believing that meaningful lives belonged to other people.

The deeper I went, the more I realised something that would eventually become the foundation of everything I create today:

Awakening isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been.

That is why I eventually created Awaken, Starseed: The Handbook.

Not because I wanted to tell people what they are. Not because I wanted to put people into boxes. But because I wanted to create the guide I wish I'd had when I was trying to understand myself.

The guide I wish I'd had when I was asking questions like:

"Why do I feel so different?"

"Why do I feel like I don't fit in?"

"Why do I feel like there's more?"

"Why does everyone else seem to know who they are when I don't?"

Because I know what it's like to be at the beginning. To feel like you're searching for something you can't quite name. To know there's more but have no idea how to reach it. To feel deeply, question everything, and wonder whether you're somehow doing life wrong.

You're not.

You're simply being invited to understand yourself more deeply.

But while awakening was a beautiful part of my journey, it wasn't the end of it. In many ways, it was only the beginning.

Because once I started understanding who I was, another question began emerging. A question that felt even bigger.

If I wasn't here simply to survive, then what was I here to do?

Why am I here?

What is my purpose?

And that question would eventually change the entire direction of my life.

Discovering Purpose

For a long time, I thought understanding myself would be enough. I thought that once I understood why I felt different, why I thought the way I did, and why I'd always felt there was more, everything would suddenly click into place.

And in many ways, awakening changed my life. It helped me understand myself, trust myself, and stop feeling broken.

But after a while, I realised something.

Awakening answered the question, "Who am I?"

But it didn't fully answer the question, "Why am I here?"

And that question wouldn't leave me alone.

The more I learned about myself, the more I wanted to understand my purpose. Not because I thought purpose was a job title or one magical thing I had to find, but because I wanted my life to mean something.

I wanted to know that the challenges I'd faced, the lessons I'd learned, and the experiences I'd lived through weren't meaningless. I wanted to know there was a reason I'd always felt different. A reason I'd always felt called towards something. A reason I'd always carried that quiet ache to make a difference.

So I kept searching.

Not outside myself this time.

Within myself.

I started asking different questions. What lights me up? What breaks my heart? What do I care deeply about? What change do I want to see in the world? What kind of life do I want to create? And perhaps most importantly, how can I use everything I've experienced to help someone else?

Because when I looked back over my life, I realised something.

The moments that had impacted me most weren't the moments when someone gave me an answer. They were the moments when someone helped me see myself more clearly. The moments when someone helped me believe in myself. The moments when someone helped me realise I wasn't alone.

And slowly, I began seeing a thread running through my entire life.

A thread that had always been there, even when I couldn't see it.

I realised my purpose wasn't about becoming someone else. It wasn't about chasing success, proving my worth, or finally becoming "good enough."

It was about helping other people remember who they are.

Helping them trust themselves.

Helping them discover their purpose.

Helping them realise that meaningful lives aren't reserved for other people.

Because if a girl who grew up believing she wasn't capable of anything extraordinary could discover her purpose and build something meaningful, then maybe they could too.

And that's when another realisation hit me.

Purpose isn't something we're meant to keep hidden inside ourselves.

It's something we're meant to live.

Why Soulpreneur HQ Exists

When people first discover Soulpreneur HQ, they often assume it's about one thing.

Some people think it's about Starseeds.

Others think it's about purpose.

Others think it's about building a spiritual business.

The truth is, it's about all three.

Because when I look back at my own journey, I can see that every stage mattered. Awakening mattered. Purpose mattered. Creation mattered. Each stage built upon the one before it, and each stage helped me become the person I am today.

And yet, so often, people only talk about one piece of the journey.

Some people help you awaken. Some people help you discover your purpose. Some people help you build a business.

But very few people help you navigate the entire journey from beginning to end.

That's why Soulpreneur HQ exists.

Because I don't believe we're here simply to awaken and stop there. I don't believe we're here simply to discover our purpose and then keep it hidden inside ourselves. And I don't believe we're here to build businesses that have no connection to who we truly are.

I believe we're here to awaken, discover, and create.

To awaken to who we are.

To discover why we're here.

And to create something meaningful from what we discover.

That's the heart of everything I teach.

When I look back now, I can see that this was the journey I was always searching for. Not simply a path of self-discovery. Not simply a path of purpose. Not simply a path of business.

A path that connected all three.

Because understanding who you are changes your life.

Understanding why you're here changes your direction.

But bringing that purpose into the real world changes everything.

That's the journey Soulpreneur HQ was created to support.

Not just awakening.

Not just purpose.

Not just business.

But the bridge between them.

🌙 Awaken

The first step is remembering.

It's about understanding who you are, why you've always felt different, and the patterns, sensitivities, gifts, and experiences that have shaped you.

This is where many people begin. Sometimes through the podcast. Sometimes through the Starseed Discovery Quiz. Sometimes through Awaken, Starseed: The Handbook. And sometimes through their own awakening journey that begins long before they ever find Soulpreneur HQ.

Not because they need another label, but because understanding yourself changes everything.

When you stop feeling broken, you can finally begin feeling empowered. When you stop trying to fit into somebody else's path, you can begin finding your own.

Awakening isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been.

🌟 Discover

Once you begin understanding yourself, a natural question begins to emerge:

"Why am I here?"

This is where purpose begins.

Not as a job title. Not as a destination. But as a deeper understanding of your gifts, values, passions, experiences, and the impact you feel called to make.

Purpose isn't always loud. Sometimes it's a whisper, a curiosity, or a pull towards something you can't quite explain. And the work isn't forcing an answer. The work is learning to listen.

This is the stage where so many people realise that the things they've been through aren't random. Their experiences matter. Their story matters. Their gifts matter. And maybe, just maybe, they're here for more than they realised.

✨ Create

And then comes the stage that changed my life.

Creation.

Because purpose isn't something we're meant to keep hidden. It's something we're meant to live.

Sometimes that looks like changing careers. Sometimes it looks like writing a book, starting a podcast, leading a community, creating art, or finally speaking your truth. And for many of the souls I work with, it looks like building a soul-led business.

Not because everyone needs a business, but because so many people are carrying gifts that are meant to be shared, wisdom that's meant to be expressed, experiences that are meant to help others, and messages that deserve to be heard.

Soulpreneur HQ was born from the belief that purpose and business don't have to be separate. That your work can be meaningful. That your gifts have value. That making a difference and making a living don't have to exist at opposite ends of the spectrum.

Creating something aligned with your soul is one of the most powerful ways to honour why you're here. Because when purpose meets action, lives change.

Including your own.

That is the journey I wish someone had shown me. Not simply how to awaken. Not simply how to discover my purpose. But how to take everything I'd learned about myself and turn it into something real. Something meaningful. Something that helps others. Something that allows me to wake up knowing my life matters.

And that's exactly what Soulpreneur HQ was created to help others do.

Not become someone they're not.

But become more of who they've always been.

What You'll Find Here

One of the things I've learned over the years is that no two journeys look the same.

Some people arrive here at the very beginning of their awakening. Some have already been exploring spirituality for years. Some are searching for purpose. Some already know what their purpose is but don't know how to bring it into the world. And some are carrying a dream they haven't yet given themselves permission to pursue.

That's why Soulpreneur HQ isn't built around a single starting point.

Because there isn't one.

There is only your starting point.

For some people, that begins with curiosity. For others, it begins with a crisis, a life transition, burnout, motherhood, a spiritual awakening, a quiet feeling that something isn't quite right, or a deep knowing that they're here for more.

However you've arrived here, you're welcome.

And my hope is that you'll find something here that meets you exactly where you are.

🎙️ The Podcast

The podcast is where many people begin.

Think of it as a conversation between friends. A space where we explore the questions so many of us are carrying but don't always talk about.

We'll explore purpose, awakening, self-discovery, Starseeds, soul gifts, Human Design, numerology, healing, confidence, fear, and what it really means to create a meaningful life. We'll also talk about meaningful work, because for many of us, the desire to understand ourselves eventually leads to the desire to create something meaningful in the world.

Some episodes will teach. Some will challenge. Some will inspire. And some will simply remind you that you're not alone.

🌙 The Starseed Discovery Quiz

The quiz was created for the soul who is curious. The soul who feels different. The soul who resonates with the idea of Starseeds but isn't quite sure where to begin.

Rather than telling you who you are, the quiz helps you explore which Starseed Energy Families feel most active in your life right now.

Because self-discovery isn't about putting yourself into a box. It's about understanding yourself more deeply. It's about creating a doorway into exploration - a place to begin.

📖 Awaken, Starseed: The Handbook

The handbook was born from the guide I wish I'd had when I was trying to understand myself.

The guide I was searching for when I was wondering why I'd always felt different, why I felt so sensitive, why I questioned everything, and why I carried that feeling that there had to be more.

It's not a book designed to tell you who you are. It's a book designed to help you remember.

To explore.

To reflect.

To understand yourself through a new lens.

Because awakening isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with who you've always been.

🤍 Private 1:1 Coaching

For some people, self-discovery feels deeply personal.

And while books, podcasts, and resources can be incredibly powerful, there comes a point where some souls want guidance tailored specifically to them.

That's why I offer private coaching journeys.

Not because I have all the answers, but because sometimes it's helpful to have someone walk beside you while you uncover your own.

These journeys are designed to help you understand yourself, discover your purpose, and, for those who feel called, begin creating something meaningful from it.

For some people, that looks like building a soul-led business. For others, it looks like finding a new direction, making a significant life change, or finally giving themselves permission to pursue what they've always felt called towards.

The destination is different for everyone.

The journey begins in the same place.

Understanding who you are.

🌟 The Future of Soulpreneur HQ

Soulpreneur HQ is still growing, still evolving, and still becoming - just like the people it serves.

My vision has always been bigger than a quiz, bigger than a handbook, and bigger than coaching.

My vision is to create a place where people can come to awaken, discover their purpose, and learn how to bring that purpose into the world. A place where they feel seen, understood, encouraged, and supported. A place that reminds them they don't need to become someone else before they're allowed to begin. A place that helps them trust themselves, remember who they are, and realise that meaningful lives aren't reserved for other people.

Because if there's one thing I've learned on this journey, it's this:

The life you're searching for isn't built by becoming someone you're not.

It's built by becoming more of who you already are.

Welcome Home

If you've read this far, I want to say thank you. Not just for visiting my website or taking the time to read my story, but for being willing to explore your own.

I know how easy it is to stay busy, stay distracted, and tell yourself you'll think about these things later. I know because I did it for years. I know what it feels like to carry a quiet knowing that you can't quite explain. To feel different. To feel sensitive. To feel like there's more to life than what you've been told. To feel called towards something, but not know exactly what it is.

I know what it feels like to look at other people and think they've figured something out that you haven't. To wonder if you're behind, if you've missed your chance, or if you're capable of creating the life you dream about. I've lived those questions. I've carried those fears. I've stood exactly where many of you are standing now.

And if my story proves anything, I hope it proves this:

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You do not need to be more confident, more spiritual, more qualified, more healed, or more ready.

You do not need to become someone else before you're allowed to create a meaningful life.

Because the truth is, I didn't become the woman I am today because I suddenly found all the answers. I became her because I stopped running from the questions. I became her because I started listening. I became her because I was willing to take one step, and then another, even when I couldn't see the whole path.

When I look back now, I can see that every chapter of my life had a purpose. Growing up on a council estate. Struggling with confidence. Feeling like I never quite fit in. The party years. The jobs I hated. The searching. Meeting Adam. Becoming a mam. Discovering spirituality. Awakening.

Creating Soulpreneur HQ.

Every chapter mattered.

Every chapter taught me something.

Every chapter brought me closer to myself.

And I believe the same is true for you.

Whatever chapter you're in right now, whether you're awakening, searching for purpose, healing, building something meaningful, or simply carrying that quiet feeling that you're here for more, none of it is wasted. None of it is wrong. And you're not behind.

Because purpose isn't something you need to chase. It's something you uncover. Something you remember. Something that reveals itself as you become more fully yourself.

That's why Soulpreneur HQ exists.

Not to tell you who you are.

Not to give you another identity.

Not to convince you that you're broken and need fixing.

But to remind you of something you've perhaps forgotten.

That you are already enough.

That your story matters.

That your experiences matter.

That your gifts matter.

That your dreams matter.

And that meaningful lives aren't reserved for other people. They're available to all of us.

Including you.

Especially you.

Whether you begin with the podcast, the quiz, the handbook, a coaching journey, or simply by reading these words today, I hope you find something here that helps you feel a little more seen, a little more understood, a little more hopeful, and a little more at home in yourself.

Because that's what this journey has always been about.

Not becoming someone you're not.

Remembering who you've always been.

And creating a life that reflects it.

If some quiet part of you has been whispering that you're here for more, I hope you'll listen. Because that whisper changed my life, and it might just change yours too.

I'm really, really glad you're here.

With love,

Amy x
